Returns & exchanges

We facilitate returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

- Ready-to-ship products in impeccable condition are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange, with refunds processed via the original payment method.

- Made-to-order gowns under $1000 in regular sizes 2-16 (excluding customized and made-to-measure gowns) qualify for return solely in case of production faults, not for change of mind. However, we accept exchanges for a different size, gown style, or store credit if the item is returned in perfect condition, subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the initial price.

To qualify for a return:
• Customers must notify us at orders@selfabridal.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be returned within 5 days after receiving a Return Authorization.
• All returned items should be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original accessories such as garment bags and hangers.

To arrange refunds, exchanges, or store credit:
• Customers must, at their expense, return the product to Selfa within 8 days of receiving it using our preferred carriers (FedEx or DHL) to our studio at the following address:

• Upon receipt, we conduct a quality check to ensure the garment is in resellable condition. If approved, we provide store credit (valid for 2 years) or an exchange. Failure to meet return policy criteria may result in refusal, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Please note that until received by Selfa Bridal, the product remains the customer's responsibility.

 

Non-refundable:
- Made-to-order gowns over $1000.
- Gowns made-to-measure are tailored to a bride's specific proportions and hence are not eligible for return or exchange (unless deemed faulty, see solutions below).
- All sale items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature (unless deemed faulty, see solutions below).
- Rush order fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Solutions:
- Minor defects in gowns that are alterable will be rectified within a reasonable time. We may remedy the defect (at our option) by:
* Fixing or repairing the product;
* Replacing the product with an identical product; or
* Remburse a reasonable alteration fee.
- Major defects will result in a refund or replacement, as chosen by the customer.

 

Cancellation: 
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
In case you wish to cancel your gown order within 7 days and before production begins, a 30% fee will be charged to cover the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation associated with your order.

 

Other policies:
- Slight variations in color, trim, or fabric from the online display may occur. Your gown might have minor marks or imperfections not visible in imagery.
- Sample dresses purchased may have faults, requiring repairs and dry cleaning. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for change of mind.
